Club Vouchers

I appreciate that people are bored under the current situation but I have never come across such a set of moaning whingers. The situation regarding the original terms and conditions for the vouchers was probably a result of a genuine mistake by someone working under unusual circumstances due to the current situation but regardless of how it came about it has now been rectified with no one any worse off, those that were purchased under the original terms and conditions have no use by date and if you received the vouchers and you are not happy with them they can be returned within fourteen days of dispatch for a refund.

Well, that’s OK then 😏

With the dates issue on the vouchers, the Club had posted the reason on Facebook from Poolsbrook Club site.(This was the title)Now I am not a great Facebook user or understander but why would the Club explain it on that platform but not on here.

Hi Andrew, thanks for getting in touch so I can explain. The original vouchers didn't have an expiry date because the orders were fulfilled with an existing rolling stock of paper vouchers. Understandably given the pandemic, we were unable to receive stock of new vouchers. So rather than delay the offer entirely, we used the stock we had. Now we have been able to get new stock, it follows usual business standards with gift vouchers and includes an expiry date. Any UK Club Site Vouchers now being issued will carry a long expiry date to 31 December 2021, giving you a clear 18months+ to enable you to use the vouchers. I hope you find them useful or simply enjoy planning your next adventure. 😊 ~Chelsie

I think it’s because on here Fozzie whenever feedback is given the feedback giver & the C&MC generally are verbally abused. Recently an explanation was given re IT issues, within seconds the abusers were posting with their oft trotted out attacks🤷🏻‍♂️. Considering it seems to be C&MC policy not to defend themselves to the ‘baying crowd’ it goes on & on☹️

I don't think Chelsie can answer on here, but you can read the terms and conditions on line.

I believe the minimum spend is £100, the maximum £2000

 Just received our site vouchers.Can't find any expiry date on them.
