The site was very quiet - only ourselves for 5 nights, joined by another outfit for a couple of nights over the weekend. There is plenty of space and were able to orientate the caravan and awning to take full advantage of the early spring sun. The site is ideal for exploring the Witterings and Chichester. I did have one issue with the combined grey/chemical waste disposal point being a couple of feet above ground level - trying to heave 40kg up to empty was arduous. However , having discussed with the owners he could see the problem and  identified a solution. I think the site has only been open for a year but good for a new site and ideal location. Plenty of good pubs within easy reach and a supermarket just a few minutes drive away. Will return for our next visit to this great area.
