Lovely site.
There is not much I can add to what has already been said, but would agree it is a good large area separated by a well kept hedge so plenty of room. We enjoyed seeing the chickens and ducks and didn't find them noisy at all. I had thought that the roosters might start cock-a-doodling at break of dawn, but no.
About a 20 minute walk into Cromer.
Would recommend this site to anyone. I have only marked down the ease of arrival as the road and gate access are narrow.
