We stayed here for 5 nights in May this year, it was was our second trip to this lovely little CL site. It is situated beside a lovely little stream with lots of colourful foliage along the banks, add to that the wonderful views of the surrounding fells this site is idyllic. All this makes up for the very clean but slightly basic facilities the site offers You are on the doorstep of the lovely village of Coniston with all it's pubs Bistros and Tearooms and lots of wonderful walks direct from the site.  Be prepared to use your own shower facilities and you will not be disappointed.
