Fantastic site

Wow, love this site. Very friendly helpful owners, easy to find site. Great dog walking directly from field, large flat level pitches. I wanted to return before I had left. Beautiful setting and scenery. Absolutely perfect.

Tranquil site

Wonderful site with 5 hard standing pitches each with its own water/EHU and grey waste drain. Perfect facilities for a CL. The numerous walks straight from the site were great and Red Kite, Deer were seen regularly and close up. Great WiFi which was a bonus. Will definitely be returning

Little Bit of Paradise

Peace and tranquillity, stunning views, lots of wildlife, Deer, Red Kites, Pheasants and the Horses. Spacious hard standing service pitches. No toilets or showers and a short trek to the CDP otherwise perfect. Lots to do in the surrounding area with picturesque villages and numerous walks around the Chilterns including Fingest, Turville and Christmas Common. And a short drive to Henley on Thames, Marlow, Windsor, Oxford etc. The M40 is only five minutes away in the car but it feels like a million miles

Lovely peaceful site

We had a lovely couple of nights here. Good facilities for a CL, great views of open countryside and lovely walks through the woods. We saw a couple of peacocks roaming around the farm, pheasants and lots of red kites. You can walk to Stokenchurch through the woodland, takes about 40 mins where you’ll find a pub that does food, a cafe, chemist and a couple of convenience stores. Great communication from Ted prior to arrival and very helpful with suggesting walking routes…a very enjoyable stay.

Great CL - booked again immediately!

Everything about this CL is excellent. Starting with the checkin instructions and the ease of booking. The site itself is well maintained: good hardstanding and excellent facilities - the grey water drain on each pitch is a plus. Great walks from the site and easy access to the M40 and surrounding villages. We are returning again as the local pub was closed ehen we visited and it looks as though it will be excellent under the new owners. Would highly recommend.

Glorious views

Another wonderful stay at this fabulous location amongst the glorious Chiltern Hills with views all around. Enhanced by the red kites overhead and the roaming deer. Easy access from the M40 through the delightful village of Ibstone with its magnificent village green, pub and cricket club. The site itself has five fully serviced pitches, hard standings, good TV signal and extremely fast WiFi. So many excellent walks straight from the site and easy access to so many places of interest including Henley on Thames, Marlow,Turville, Hambelden ,Oxford,Windsor and even London via High Wycombe or Maidenhead. National Trust houses at Hughenden and West Wycombe along with the Hell Fire Caves. If you write to Fawley Hill railway you may also be lucky enough to get an invite to a fabulous day out.

lovely peaceful site

We stayed 5 nights , great well maintained site , information supplied prior to arrival was good . nothing was too much trouble , example Ted checking the driveway would be clear before arrival and on leaving so no issues . it would be good to see details on the local buses and some of the potholes on the drive repaired . We will be back as a base to explore this part of the country .
