Compact site with good facilities
Positives:
Very welcoming owners.
Excellent facilities.
Handy for local attractions.
Good pub and shops a mile down the road.
Negatives:
The site was smaller than we had expected and had 6 vans on it for most of the time we were there.
Road noise was evident at certain times of the day.
The Hardy Monument could be seen from our van, as could a line of electricity pylons which were a bit imposing.
A bit pricey at £17 a night.
