Stayed at Ghyll House Farm for a night on the way back north from Wales. Was met on arrival by Margaret, who was very pleasant and helpful. Very nice surroundings and very peaceful, with just the farm and fields around you. The village of Wreay is just a short walk which looked like a nice village with a bar for meals etc. Margaret also has a salon and a cottage on the site, and it was obvious that she works very hard to run the farm and the separate businesses. The toilet and shower facilities are excellent as they are part of the salon. One other impressive thing; it was the best grass I have seen on a CL, very short, obviously cut regularly, and very green! Overall a great site.
