Just returned from a lovely weekend at Gilberries Hall site. This was only our second visit to a CL and we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious pitches and excellent facilities. The pitches are all hardstanding and well laid out, with plenty of grassed area. The toilet block is kept spotless, its heated, with 2 showers and hairdryer (free). There is also plenty of information leaflets for things to do round-about. We would highly recommend the Plough Inn just round the corner, there is a lovely cosy atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. We were even allowed to take our dog in with us while we enjoyed a lovely meal. All in all, we would recommend this site and will definately be returning soon.
