Excellent site!
Goodleigh Hill CL is just brilliant. Directions are the best we’ve ever had, indeed the whole package goes above and beyond the norm. Booking easy and promptly followed up with detailed instructions and a text on the day with your pitch No. and gate codes etc. The pitches are huge with loads of room for caravan car and awning if using. Fully serviced hard standing with electricity, water tap and drainage. Lovely west facing outlook over a flower meadow, being February we were not able to witness this but the sunsets were amazing and we will certainly be returning in the summer. Emily provides every pitch with the most extensive pack we have ever witnessed packed with local walks, of which there are numerous, directly from the site and in the local area, along with many other places to visit. This corner of the Cotswolds is full of delightful villages with pubs and tea shops galore but felt less touristy. I have grudgingly only given 4 stars for peace and tranquillity as there is a road alongside the site, mainly used by local traffic, but we hardly noticed it and was very quiet at night.
There is absolutely nothing not to like about this site. We will definitely return and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Mathew and Emily for all your efforts we hope to see you again soon.
