We recently stayed here for 5 nights. This is an excellent CL site, possibly the best we've stayed at.
The site is easy to find with good access.
The pre-arrival instructions were really helpful and it was easy to pitch on a vacant plot. Andy came round to see us later and we had a good chat, he was very friendly and helpful.
The facilities were excellent, 16A electrics and water on each pitch along with close access to grey water, toilet emptying and recycling bins made for an easy stay. The toilet and shower were immaculate with plenty of hot water for the shower. (The shower and toilet was on the other side of the owners house which involves a very short walk along the road - this wasn't a problem for us). Both have ramped access but no handrails etc for those with disabilities. Free Wifi was a bonus, although you did need to keep logging in, but very good signal.
There's lots to see in the area and access to the Fylde coast, Lake District, Trough of Bowland and west Yorkshire Dales is great.
We had a lovely relaxing stay on the peaceful country surroundings.
I'm sure we'll be back soon.
