Moss lane park

Stayed for 4 nights and it’s a lovely site, close to Garstang and garden centre. Plenty of near by site seeing. Will definitely return.

Hidden gem

Site has 6 hard standing pitches all with 16 amp electric and water on each pitch. Set in lovely surroundings reasonably close to the village of Bilsborrow-about 1 mile. Access to site is along a single track road but there are plenty of passing places. The road is used as a cut through from the nearby A6 so be careful walking along the road as some motorists think it’s a race track! On the plus side you can walk into the village on the canal towpath which is quicker anyway. Toilet facilities are adequate with one toilet and shower which is a short walk and attached to owners house. Owners are lovely and friendly and helpful with advice re local amenities. Next door is a cafe-iced bakes- which sells the most amazing home made cakes. Wouldn’t hesitate to return next year. We’ll worth a visit

Lovely Cl

We stayed here for an overnight stop on our way to Scotland. Warm welcome from the owner. Attractive, well maintained site close to M6. Field available for dog walks, delicious cakes from the cafe next door. Would definitely stay again, thank you

Peaceful and Relaxing

If you think we're going to write a wonderful and splendid review then think again, because if we tell you how perfect the pitches are, how spacious and green and level the pitches are, if we tell you what perfect sunsets are to be seen and what delightful birds visit for crumbs, if we reveal that there's a cafe right next door or that local eateries and canalside delights are merely minutes away, if we said all these things then you, fellow camper, may want to steal our next future potential pitch when we return to this gem of a site! And return we will..........

Friendly Owners & Good Clean Facilities.

Only stayed the one night. Excellent clean facilities with plenty of drinking water taps and hook ups. Warm welcome from site owners. There is a cafe on site but I did not get a chance to go to it although it also has good reviews. Pleasant stay, some traffic on road next to site but not at night. Would recommend.

Peaceful farm stay, beautiful sunsets

I recently stayed at Moss Lane for a week, partly with my Sister, little niece and nephew and partly with my partner. The pre-arrival information by email from Andy about the site and area was really helpful. The hard standing serviced pitch was large with the awning on grass overlooking the pony paddock. The site is so well spaced out that you can enjoy the views and have lots of space between vans. The sunset across the paddock was beautiful. A large field across from the site was available for dog walking and was really convenient. There is so much to do in this area; canal, walking, three pubs, great fish and chip shop all in walking distance down the quiet single track (with generous passing places) access road. Plus loads to do within 30 minutes drive both on the coast; Blackpool/ Lytham and inland- see the site details page which has lots of good information. We preferred to use our own shower and toilet facilities in the van as the pitch was serviced and we personally found this more convenient than using the toilet and shower in the farm yard. Andy and wife Lisa were great hosts, very helpful and Lisa even gave my niece and nephew a ride on the pony on their last day. This was a holiday highlight for them!

Lovely site.

I stayed here for three nights in July 2022. It was arguably the best CL I've stayed on. The tranquil site was immaculate with hard standing level pitches, each with its own electricity point and drinking water tap. Free wi-fi and an onsite cafe serving breakfast, lunch and an array of home baked cakes made for an excellent break. Nearby there is a canal-side pub and restaurant and the quiet surrounding lanes allowed for some excellent cycling. I will be back for sure.

One Night Stop

A lovely site, stayed for 1 night on way back from Devon, and wish we had stayed for more. Spacious pitches with water point and Electric hook up, really tidy and pretty site, with added benefit of WC and shower. Next door cafe was lovely for breakfast. Will return for a longer stay next time, would recommend this site.

Great CL

This is our second stay, and just as good as the first, everything you need and not too far from lots of walks and nearby canal side pubs. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. will be back again.
