Well, we did come back and stayed for three weeks this time and still didn’t want to go home. This site is so lovely and a great representation of the CL network. There is plenty of room to spread out, two water taps, excellent CD facility, waste and recycling. There is an enormous entrance for even the largest outfit. In all the time we were staying the only vehicle we passed on our daily going & coming to the main road was a caravan leaving as were arriving. The views from the site are very far reaching and the walk up to the top of Beadlam Rigg is rewarded with amazing 360’ views. We had a wonderful holiday and feel we’ve only just scratched the surface of things to do and see. Oh - and most importantly - Ailsa, Ian and the children are delightful.
