Perfect CL - would love to keep it quiet - but that would just be selfish

Just back from a peaceful week at Homefields. As previous reviews say Dave and Maureen have set up a beautiful CL with everything you could possibly need. Individual water and waste is something we have not used before but it's certainly a plus. We found the pony, sheep, ducks and geese very entertaining to watch in the field behind us, especially when Chester decided to have a play with the geese, who weren't really up for it. The fens are very flat so a paradise for cyclists who may not wish to be considered for Team Sky. For those who require them, lovely toilet and shower facilities are available in the summer house. There are a number of very nice pubs in the area serving good food. One of the best CL's we have visited, we will certainly return.

R&R

Stayed here this week for a much needed rest and relaxation time, first of all site so much bigger than expected, Maureen left you to get set up which was appreciated, on arrival we found a pitch facing a beautiful section of land with donkeys, a Shetland a sheep and geese with some ducks, A summer house set in the corner of the site which had a wonderful surprise- toilets and shower! Overall this site is better than some club sites a credit to the lovely owners. Fresh eggs and potatoes daily home grown. Good location to other points of interest and nice walks around.thank you for a perfect week at home fields.

Lovely

Lovely spot, owners very friendly and helpful. Facilities are great, 5 hardstanding pitches each with own electric / water hookup and grey water point. We biked to long Sutton for food and a drink 4m and walked to the Hat & Feathers 1m. The 4m was the better option. We will come again and heartily recommend this lovely peaceful CL.

Impressive Waterside CL for Dogs & Owners

Clean, tidy, flat, secure and hard; in a squelchy Fenland winter this is an oasis of dryness. All facilities in description are there and top-notch. My wife said how safe she felt with the access barrier and light pods. Easy access to miles of dog walking and easy drives to towns and attractions. Village has decent little shop for basics. We were both impressed with this relatively new site and intend returning soon. Met the owner who was spot on helpful without being intrusive.
