A relaxing fortnight

We spent 2 weeks at this excellent CL in July. Set in a spacious, peaceful field on the farm and only less than 15 mins drive to St Davids. Zoe and James were warm and friendly hosts. Watched local cricket 2nd XI team in a match on the Saturday afternoon - 2 mins walk from the caravan. Fantastic walking country. St Davids was surprisingly not too crowded and a well stocked CK's supermarket provided us with all our supplies at sensible prices. A great stay thank you - we will return.

Quiet site

Thank you for another lovely stay in your quiet and peaceful site. We enjoyed several walks along the coast path and fish and chips in Porthgain. The grass is kept short and the facilities are spotless. There is now the bonus of a new toilet and shower. We hope to return again next summer.

10 days of peace

We had a lovely stay on this peaceful relaxed CL site It was clean tidy well kept site plenty of room You knew where the owners were if you needed them The views are great had a buzzard flying quite low over site that was nice to see If you drive down to the blue lagoon car park is £4 but very busy We walked down and along the coast path was lucky to see 2 peregrine Falcons also see a couple of chough birds was a bit bit hilly coming back Went to Pentre Ifran burial chamber like a mini Stonehenge. Also visited stackpole Lilly ponds worth a visit Also visited stumble lighthouse but you can’t go on the island where the lighthouse is but lovely walk on cliff paths was a lovely area and site was really relaxing

Lovely

We spent 11 nights at this lovely site. It is very well kept with the grass far better than ours at home! The EHU are well spaced. It is very quiet being surrounded by farmland. We may well return in the future - but, as it is over 300 miles away, it is not one we can pop to for a weekend! A credit to the owners. Cliff

Simple and very nice

Very well kept field with lovely views. Simple but well kept and very clean facilities. Relaxed approach from the owners, no check in or out times. We enjoyed watching the local cricket a couple of hundred yards away, and an easy cycle into St Davids. It's also not far to the Blue Lagoon (we walked) which was well worth a visit.

Excellent weekend stay

Just spent a long weekend at this site, what a great place to stay. Toilet/shower were immaculate and love the toilet for the chemical waste! Beware on Saturdays that the cricketers park their cars in the lane so would avoid arriving that day. Grass cut whilst there and cuttings collected (per previous comment who said they didn’t). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Lovely site if they followed the rules and stuck to 5 units

Stayed 2 weeks in May 2021. Beautiful site, access along a narrow one track lane not helped on Saturdays when cricket matches are taking place in an adjacent field and cars parked in the lane. No welcome whatever in fact never saw the owners the whole time we were there. 6 units on site for the 2 weeks and even 7 units one night, with 2 units coupled to one electric point using a splitter, the electric kept tripping and at 10.30pm the whole site tripped, is this even legal?? It is a shame really as otherwise this would be a perfect site.

A superb location for exploring the north of Pembrokeshire

Under 5 miles East from the historic town of St. Davids in Pembrokeshire. Llandigige Fawr is also conveniently located for visiting some of Pembrokeshire's most stunning locations along the Wales Coast path including the famous Blue Lagoon at Abereiddy, Whitesands bay and Newgale. If you are interested in watersports, hiking, and the outdoors then this is a superb location as a base for your next Pembrokeshire adventure. If you are willing to travel a bit further during the day then you can reach the town of Broad haven, Martins Haven (for boat access to Skomer island) and Marloes sands all within about an hour's drive. Outside of St. Davids the two nearest large towns are North East to Fishguard or South East to Haverfordwest. Wide spacious site with plenty of room

This was a first class site which as someone has already said has a wildflower meadow in the centre with the vans around it. We found this a plus point not a negative. I think perhaps another tap for fresh water halfway down the field would be a welcome improvement but apart from that we can’t fault it. Access was fine and directions were clear. A great stay. Thanks

Spacious CL

This CL has lots of space between pitches and plenty of space in the centre of the field for kids to play. The grass is cut regularly but sadly not collected so when it’s wet it does end up in the caravan. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints. Good recycling, CDP good, TV reception OK and 3G on Three and O2 also available. The directions are OK but it is narrow in some parts although we didn’t have any problems…….maybe we were lucky. As previous reviews have said, the route from St David’s is much better so would recommend this approach. After about 4 miles from St D’s. the lane to the farm is well signed.
