What more would you want

Realistically I can’t add anything more than has already been said. Access from the M5/6 I found long and slow dragging a big caravan on smaller roads so personally although it is longer, next time, and there will be a next time I will come from the M54 to Shrewsbury then down the A49 to get there and stay on better roads for longer. The site is first class for everything.

Excellent CL. We hope to return.

This outstanding CL feels very secure with the code accessed gate and Linda the owner is on hand at the farm. We were friends in two motorhomes and had been allocated neighbouring pitches as requested. The CL is extremely well organised; the facilities are impeccably clean and easy to use with clear instructions. The views are impressive. We had booked at The Bell a short walk away and it was very well worth it. We had a delicious meal with some inventive dishes, great local cider and a good range of wines by the glass. It’s great to support a community pub with such a lovely atmosphere and wonderful food. Cycling along the quiet often narrow roads around and into Leominster was very pleasurable. Motorists were very considerate. This is a top rated CL created and maintained with a lot of care of attention.

Fabulous Find

Just returned from a 3 night stay and looking forward to the next visit, a gem of a site ! The site is immaculate with fully serviced pitches, lovely views of the countryside , there is even a notice board offering local information. We received clear arrival and pitch instructions from Linda, who was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The village of Yarpole is quaint with a historic belltower, community shop and café within the church all well worth a visit. This is one of the best CL's we have visited.

A wonderful Oasis away from the crowds, first class!

Terri and I spent two weeks here in May 2023. So good we have booked another two weeks for August. All five pitches are fully serviced. 16 amp . Fresh water and grey drainage. The green chemical waste is less than 40 seconds from all pitches. The views are splendid across the fields to the woods. Security is excellent . Password number to open the new sliding gate . Very safe. Linda and Rupert have pushed the boat out here making this one of my top Five CLs throughout the U.K. The Bell Inn a very short walk away is a cut above the rest serving very fine dining at decent prices. The surrounding are needs no prompt from me. Join the National Trust and enjoy . I hear a WIFi system is on the horizon , fingers crossed. In conclusion, lovely site and lovely owners👏👏👏

Just Great

We stayed at this CL for 9 nights at the end of April. Access is very easy and there is a coded electric gate. Water and waste to all pitches. During our visit, the owners were having electric meters fitted to each pitch. The village is very nice, with community owned pub, shop and cafe, the last two based in the church. We had fish supper at the pub and Friday lunch at the cafe, which was homemade, well worth it. It is a good site for your base as there are plenty of towns and villages to travel to. Overall we had a really nice time and would return to this site.

A hidden gem!

What a shame that we had only booked for the 1 night as we were on our way to North Wales. We had a very warm welcome from Linda and clear, supportive instructions about arrival and our pitch. The site is extremely clean and well cared for with a great service point for waste water, chemical disposal and rubbish. The peace and quiet was a real balm. We would, however, recommend that you bring your mifi device as connectivity is poor in the area. We were lucky enough to sample the outstanding food at ‘The Bell’ - the local community run pub - and purchase local goodies from the village shop in the church. We will definitely be back and hopefully soon.

A long weekend but to short a visit

We stayed at Middleton Farm for 3 night in July and really enjoyed the CL. It was very well appointed with fully serviced hard standing pitches and easy access. The location was very peaceful looking over the fields with the sheep and of course the donkey, my wife's favourite. My only disappointment was not getting to try the local pub which is a very short stroll away. I would highly recommend this CL and would not be surprised if we returned on day.
