Spent 3 nights here last week from Cornwall, visiting family in the area, en route to Broadway. Lovely quiet site, friendly owner, and easy walk to local watering hole with good value for money food about 100 yards. Access is NO PROBLEM for a caravan, (ours is 7.48 metres long) but just take care entering and leaving (same goes for ANY site you haven't been to before !), as mentioned by others, it is easy to pass the lane before you realise, but that makes it better as it is not in full view of potential thieves / vandals.! As for the "aggressive" dog... When will members realise / admit that they are on someone else's property, and treat owners and their animals with the courtesy and respect they deserve ? We had no problems with the dog, after making contact, and letting him approach us. Lack of info / signs...?? If the owner is not on site... ASK ONE OF THE OTHER VISITORS.! that is one of the best bits of this caravanning lark, meeting and making new friends. Top marks to Oak Cottage...WE will be returning. Thank you.
