We chose this site because it offered easy access to the Wye valley towns and the Malverns. The site is accessed directly from main road and is a few hundred yards up on the lower eastern slope of Shucknall hill which offers some good walks through woods. The site is far enough from the main road to be quiet, with just some low level traffic noise. The views are superb once set up on the hardstanding pitches, although a degree of levelling was required front to back. David the owner was very pleasant and explained he was planning to enhance the site further by installing a path to the service points. Would happily return to this lovely location again.
