Delightful in every way

Friendly welcome from Mrs Gordon, nice level hard-standings for all caravans, and very good access from the road. This is a working farm, with the usual early morning farmyard noises (you need to sleep very soundly to get through the cock-crow at 6:00am!), but it has a very pleasant view across the paddock behind the site. If you're lucky you may even see some fascinating "duck herding" by Duncan Gordon and his sheepdogs! The site has a very clean toilet block, but no showers. But at £10 per night, we think this is one of the best value sites we have been to, with a very pleasant rural atmosphere.

very good

Have stayed here for many years and Mr & Mrs Gordon always greet you like old friends. If you are there when its lambing time you can sometimes help feed the lambs that are being bottle fed too.
