This is a lovely site. Beautiful views. Good walking. Good for dogs.
Sloping site so ramps essential. Utilities good. Water and electric close to pitches.
Long stretch so pitches well spaced.
Access is along a narrow lane, but it really is not a problem. No traffic and passing places.
This is Devon and if your Sat. Nav is anything like ours this is the norm!
