We've just returned from a 5 night stay at his wonderful CL. If you are looking for a peaceful, well looked after, accessible, pretty CL then this might be for you. From the moment we drove through the front gates to the moment we left we loved this site. You can enjoy the tranquility of a proper farm site, watch the cows amble down the hill twice a day, watch the rabbits playing in the adjacent paddock, while buzzards soar over the woods opposite. At night its dark, you can see the the stars, and its so quiet. Of course that means you hear the dawn chorus ... maybe a little earlier than you're used to!! Ross has created a beautiful place to spend a few days. A new toilet and chemical waste disposal has been added along with a convenient recycling point. He keeps the grass cut nicely and there hardstanding as well as grass pitches. I'd prefer to keep this place a secret so we can always get in when we want to return but that would be unfair to Ross who has clearly worked so hard to create such a great caravan site. If you like CLs, you'll want to give this one a try. Its without doubt amongst the very best we've stayed at.
