Spent a couple of weeks here back in May, having had to change plans at very short notice due to illness in the family, resulting in a dash to E Sussex, instead of Northern Scotland! The owners couldn't have been more helpful at a difficult time. Despite the circumstances we very much enjoyed the stay, the views, and the surrounding countryside and adjacent horses. Access to Hastings and St Leonards is easy since the new road, just a short distance from the site, takes you quickly to the outskirts. Bexhill and Battle are also an easy drive away. Would be very happy to return when we get an opportunity to head south again!
