Just spent a couple of nights at this CL to visit the illuminations and the pleasurebeach. It was easy to find despite the lack of signage (this is actually a bonus once you get there as it's tucked away from view! The access road is a single track, so be careful approaching the site. There are 6 hardstanding pitches set within a fenced area which is accessed through the farmyard (take care through here as there is a slight downhill incline!) Each pitch has a grassy area to the side with it's own tap and electric point. A spotlessly clean toilet is provided and there are ample bins for waste disposal. There is a CDP at the rear of the site and a swing fastened to a tree for the younger guests. It is dogs by arrangement only probably due to the proximity of farm animals on the site, but to be honest it would be better as dog free as the dog in the next van was howling and barking through the night - in fact this was the only downside of the CL. The owners were lovely, they met us and gave us a guide to the site and Blackpool and at £12 per night I don't think you could go far wrong for a lovely CL. We shall certainly be visiting again in the future.
