A proper CL
We stopped here while breaking a journey to France. It also had added advantage of being close to our son who lives in Ashbourne.
The site is quiet and well maintained. Mrs White ( who took over the site a couple of years ago) is very welcoming. The facilities are what you would expect from a CL( not the modern thing of fully serviced and toilet and shower block). So if you want peace and quiet and access to the Peak District this is the site for you.
