We have visited this site three times now, once in October 2017, Easter this year and again in mid-August. Nice easy access, very friendly and helpful couple. Water taps between two pitches very useful, reliable 16amp electricity supply. There is a box on site with lots of information on what to see and do around the area. When we visited at Easter, on Easter Monday we awoke to snow and when we got our 4x4 stuck, Mr Billings came with his tractor and towed the car out and then the caravan, we hadn’t approached him for help he came to offer help. Yes, other people have commented about the concrete works, but this didn’t bother us at all, you can’t expect there to be no noise at all when the CL is close to a road. This is a working farm so there are going to be noises associated with that, this is what the countryside is all about. We certainly will return as it is near enough to home for a long weekend and easy to visit the surrounding area.
