We stayed at Blackpool South for two nights and we just want to say what a wonderful welcome we had by the assistant wardens Di and Steve. Booking in was a treat and they were really helpful with local knowledge. We visited The illuminations rode the trams and went to the famous ballrooms for tea. Unfortunately the tower was shut due to strong winds. The site have an agreement with a local taxi company and in the the information room there is a set charge for various destinations in Blackpool what a really good idea. The site facilities were spotless as you would expect. A great visit despite the wet weather. Thank you.
