Fourth stop of this years tour 20th and 21st September

This was the fourth site we stayed on this year chosing it for its closeness to RSPB Bempton Cliffs We arrived just after 12 and it was full for that night they had 54 vans coming on! Its so good to see the sites so well used at this time of year! This is a very open site with modern excellent facilities. The warden was very welcoming and when we mentioned we had been to Lower Wensleydale she told us she had wardenned there for a number of years and had named Gerald the peacock there!! We had a little video of him and showed it to her!! Unfortunately for us this wasnt our favourite site this year BUT this is in no way a reflection of the site just a tad too open for us we prefer the more wooded sites but this is a personnal thing the site is excellent and very well run.

Plagued by flies

Just stayed at the revised Bridlington caravan site Start with the good point the facilities, access and loos are all great. But and its an awfully big but, the site is plagued by cluster flies, despite using fly screens numerous flies got into the caravan every day, probably through the fridge cooling vents. It appears they have been a problem all year and there is no resolution in sight. Would definitely stop us visiting again

Tour de Yorkshire 2019 Phase 2

Phase 2 of our tour, 19th to 23rd August. We have been to this site several times in the past few years and the standard by past and present wardens has always been excellent. The facilities are always kept to a high level of cleanliness, we were on a serviced pitch on the new part and the trees and plants are now starting to soften this part of the site. Well done to the team with thanks to Mike who helped us with our jockey wheel and moving our caravan on arrival and for suggesting a nice walk down Danes dyke and out to Flamborough head. We look forward to our next visit.

Really enjoyable

My wife, my two dogs and I stayed 6 nights this week on a service pitch and really really enjoyed the stay. Although we have stayed here a few times before we have never bothered leaving a review but we had such a wonderful time, this time that we felt we had to leave a review. Everything about this site is top dollar, cleanliness, site layout and staff are all you could ask for. We will be going back and if you want to experience 5 star caravanning then try Bridlington Caravan and Motorhome Club site.

Great location

Stayed here for the August bank holiday and enjoyed every minute. The weather helped of course. Lovely site and great location near to the sea and all that Yorkshire has to offer. Very near to the local amenities. Co-op store about 2 mile away. Local pub, The Martonian, was a short walk away and had entertainment on all weekend. The Ship Inn at Sewerby was good too. It is the most expensive site we've stayed on but would visit again as we found it very clean and loved the location. Despite the site being full we found it very quiet-must have picked a good pitch! The site is well looked after and the staff are lovely too.

Great quick visit,

Stayed one night in an awful rain storm, but the staff couldn't do enough to help you out. The site was spotlessly clean and was nice and quiet. will visit again in better weather I hope.

Relax and chill out

Wow. We had a fantastic week. We planned to stay for 5 days but extended our stay as it was so lovely. Showers were always spotless no matter what time you went in. The whole site was immaculate. So peaceful and relaxing the lay out makes it so you don’t feel overlooked by any one. Even the dog walk is beautiful with the dog being able to run free. We would recommend this site to anyone and we will certainly be going back. Hopefully on a regular basis.

Why so expensive

Great facilities but devoid of any character. Reminded us of a modern housing estate with too much tarmac and not enough greenery. Also what is the idea of the little gates, very annoying when trying to carry washing up bowls etc. Why is the site so expensive?

Expensive site

£35.50 per night is too expensive for this site no wonder there were spare pitches during our 3night stay all were talking about the price bed and breakfast take your own bed expect pool or at least a club house won’t be going back shame nice site overpriced Suppose it’s a good way to put off families wanting to stay. Glad there’s only 2 of us and no children. Is this a ploy to make the club adult only rich adults that is

Excellent site

Excellent site with great dog walk, handy for local towns. A word of warning for sat nav users from site. Check the route the sat nav suggests. We entered Filey and Scarborough and were taken via very narrow lanes, not really suitable for caravans and large motorhomes.
