Great Site !!

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this lovely well kept site. thank you to the warden who helped us site our caravan so we didn't need to use the motor mover. Visited the Flamborough Life Boat Station at South Landing and had an enjoyable day in Bridlington and finished off with Fish & Chips. Look forward to visiting again.

Fabulous site!

We came to Bridlington primarily to visit Flamborough Head and Bempton Cliffs and our expectations were exceeded. Not only did we have some great walks along the cliffs and did some fantastic birdwatching, the site was also lovely. Facilities are excellent and everybody was really helpful. We'd also recommend the walk into Bridlington. We only visited for a couple of days and that wasn't long enough to see and do all we wanted to do - so we will definitely be booking another, longer stay.

Excellent... but.. Expensive and, too many barking dogs

In my view CAMC Sites are generally of a high standard. This site is no exception, it is pristine, well laid out, with large pitches. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The surrounding countryside and coast is very attractive. So, it is excellent! But... At £35.50/night, for two people on a standard awning pitch, in early April (8th April) it is a bit pricey.

2nd visit to this site

We stayed here christmas eve till the 27th Dec we had a lovely relaxing few days the staff were brilliant and very helpful, they even came walking round the site on christmas day waving and wishing everyone a merry Christmas which we thought was a nice touch. We decided to come back again this weekend so booked in on Friday 5th and stayed for a couple of nights we stayed on a service pitch this time in the new part that opened just after christmasmas. We enjoyed it just as much and as normal all services were spotless and nothing too much trouble for the staff we've just had a quiet relaxing couple of days just what we needed thanks again guys see you again soon.

Will definitely return

Being new to caravanning we decided to stay local so our first venture was at Bridlington. All we can say is “wow”. The site was immaculate and I can honestly say you could eat your dinner off the floor in the facilities. Everything was spotless and I think the world of him though and amazing job keeping the site really clean and tidy. Being a wheelchair user we pitched up close to One of the amenity blocks. Everything was roomie, spotless and more importantly warm With underfloor heating in the shower. Our grandson thoroughly enjoyed his bath. There was a nice play park and the dog walking area was really good tooo. It’s round the corner from Sewerby Hall which is a lovely place to visit. There is also a lovely walk Close by which seemed very popular, just a shame it’s not wheelchair accessible. We were greeted warmly and the reception has some essential items for sale. Wardens were extremely helpful. We will definitely return So thank you for making our first caravan club trip so positive. The only downside we can see is that we hope all the other sites we intend to visit reach the high bar Bridlington has set for us.

A warm welcome.

My wife and I stayed at this site for 3 nights from the 12th of March. The staff there are very helpful, upon arrival they unhitched our caravan and placed it on the pitch. The site is very clean and tidy and the location suited us very well. This was our second visit to this site this year and will not be our last.

Can't wait to go back

First visit to the Bridlington site , it won't be our last. Great helpful staff who gave us good advice about cycle routes. It is handily placed between the centre of 'Brid' and Flamborough Head. Both of these are a reasonable walk or cycle ride. 'Brid' itself was a revelation, an early March Saturday, well out of season - and it was open! Yes, the sun was out, but all the rides were working, amusement arcades and gift shops open. It was great! To cap it all we found a cafe where we could say how strong we wanted our tea (very is the correct answer). There's no doubt we'll be back when it's not only sunny, but warm.

Weekend stay to visit Bempton Cliffs

We experienced a warm and efficient welcome and help to locate a bus timetable and map of the local area. The site is well maintained although a little open. There are a few sheltered pitches and we were fortunate to find one of these. The facilities are clean and warm. The trip to Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve was great. There is a sign in the facilities at the CAMC site that tells you that motorhomes above the size of a campervan (4.5 metre) are no longer able to park at the RSPB reserve as they take up too much room and overhang two spaces. We found that our 5.4 meter van fitted one space fine but anything longer may well be a struggle. There is no bus service that runs to or near the reserve and so cycles may be required! We used our membership card for free entry which worked very well. We had a bus trip into Bridlington (just outside the site entrance road) and whilst we didn't particularly enjoy Bridlington can very much recommend Wards fish and chip shop. Fish cooked fresh to order and was excellent.

Great site - spanking new and super-friendly wardens

Been meaning to come to the Bridlington site for a while now and finally made it on the first weekend of March this year. It is brand new and has excellent wardens who made us feel so welcome on arrival. Close by are Flamborough Head, the fabulous RSPB reserve at Brampton Cliffs - stunning even if you are not a twitcher - and the resorts of Bridlington and Filey further up the coast. We plan to bring the bikes when it is a bit warmer and cycle around here. Sewerby Hall gardens and the cliff path to Bridlington are well worth a stroll and on the way back don't miss the farm shop cafe at Marton Manor Farm - excellent service and food at great prices. Highly recommended site and we will definitely return.
