No shows
We had an enjoyable stay at Brighton with the location being very good lots of walks and close enough to Brighton Centre.
One of the toilet blocks was being refurbished meaning the other block was rather overworked so we tended to shower in the van.
Our only major fault was we wanted to stay an extra night and was told that there were no cancellations and the only vacant pitch for the extra night was on a service pitch with no room for the awning at the other end of the site. OK no big deal but had to take down the awning in the rain and dry it when we got home.
The following day after we moved there were seven vacant pitches (including the one we vacated).
Were they ALL "no shows" with no prior notice?
Very frustrating.
