Tired Shower Block
Love this site for location and stunning views, however for £35 per night toilet block especially the showers need updating black mould behind shower control really puts you off.

Another enjoyable visit
We love this site, great views, and a great position to tour the area on our motorbike. Yes the loo’s are a bit tired, the shower cubicles especially, seems the norm with the clubs facilities these days. But the rest of the site makes up for it. Wardens are as good as ever, well done all of you, but can I suggest you adopt the fasttrack entry system we’ve just experienced at Kessingland, would save you a lot of hassle around the 1oclock arrivals time. See you all next year.
Refurbishment needed, tired facilities
Stayed here many years ago, now dated and tired.
Shower block, panels worn through too backing and water damage, marks and holes from previous hooks/shelving, mildew, surfaces scaling off. Temperature alters during shower. A few small hooks to hang your clothes
Site, grass not picked up, lands in caravan and throughout the facilities.
CAMC need to invest in this site and not rely on people admiring the view.

Quiet site with great scenery
This is a lovely quiet site with amazing views over the loch.
We travelled over 4 hours to get to this site, when we arrived it was 12.30 pm so we had a wee walk round the site then sat on the bench outside reception waiting for it to open at 1 o’clock. When the warden came out he accused us of skipping the queue and said I could send you away because you are not allowed to arrive here until 1.00 pm. My husband apologised and said we had a long journey and said we had also had a wee look round the site, to which he then started shouting at us saying this was illegal. We couldn’t believe it. He was such a rude man and very regimental in his attitude. We have been to many other sites and the wardens couldn’t be any nicer to you. We tried not to go near him as we didn’t want it spoiling our holiday, however must say the site has fantastic views and would be a great site for dog lovers.

End to a perfect week.
Had a week away to get some hill and glen walking. The last two nights were spent in Bunree. The loch side pitches exude peace and harmony with nature. In the estuary of the river there was two swans. I spent a relaxing hour and half just watching them preening themselves later I was fortunate to see the two of them sleeping on the water.
The welcome I received from the warden was good highland hospitality.
Bunree was on a bucket list but I must say it stays there. I will be returning and taking my other half so she can experience the Bunree effect.
I would recommend Bunree rain or shine as a haven of peace
Last Stop in Scotland.
This was our last night in Scotland, and the site is great situated right on the Loch side with spectacular views, we were unable to really see the area as we were on our way home, but would certainly consider using the site again and taking in the surrounding areas. The wardens were great and the facilities excellent and a great Dog walk along the Loch Side. Leaving site to travel South took us through Glencoe which is fantastic.

Fantastic site
Wow, just wow. Not only is this site in a fabulous location with phenomenal views, the staff are fantastic. We had an electrical issue on our vehicle and the wardens coudn't have been more helpful, recommending the nearest parts place and checking we were able to obtain them. The ladies on reception were lovely and friendly. We loved paddleboarding on the loch and the fact that there is an offlead dog walking area is a bonus. The site is spotless and the traffic light system is a great idea. We would highly recommed and would return. Thank you.
Amazing Scotland
This is Scotland at its best - a trip north through Glencoe ending up in Onich - perfect!
Lovely site although a bit remote once you are settled. We found the walk from the site out to civilisation a bit tedious and not much there once you are out other than a busy road. The site however is perfect and the ideal spot to veg for a week or use as a base for exploring by car.
The staff, facilities and views are amazing.
If you want a waterside pitch, don’t take your awning!

Loved our stay here, superb location
Bunree site is just stunning, well kept, clean, lovely staff.
The majority of the pitches are fairly flat and need little levelling.
I will definitely book this site again when I'm in the Highlands.
