A lovely week
I have just had a lovely week at Buxton, a good location for visiting the local attractions and shopping at the Trafford centre ( only when it rains ). There are good local pubs, must go to the Cat and Fiddle a great pub up the hill to Macc.
The wardens were very friendly and the site was in first class condition, it is true the shower block is dated but perfectly okay. The site is very well laid out in an old quarry and the vans are spread out with larger than normal pitches - I don't like vans in neat rows. Good for dogs, walking and cycling.
You won't be disappointed.
