on the 9th of august 2015 we set of for cornwall having booked cadeside for an overnight stop but our gearbox lost all its oil on M6.in mayday so rescued and arrived on back of a recovery truck. The warden and his wife having been prewarned welcomed us and helped us pitch up.Then again in the morning helped us load up .All this extra help was above and beyond the call of duty.Thank you both for making our problems less. Thanks again Mike and Sonia Brockbank.
Nice little break
Wife and I have just returned home from a 6 night stay at Cadeside.
Nice simple 'old fashioned' site.
Lovely friendly wardens and relief wardens.
The flower baskets are looking great.
A pity the trees in the middle of the site have been allowed to grow so big as there are now at least 3 pitches which no-one wants to pitch on as the pigeons roost in the branches and poop over the vans.
An oasis of calm after the M5.
We used this site for an overnight stay on the way down to Cornwall.A really lovely site with flowers, trees etc and very peaceful.
The wardens were really friendly and helpfull.
There isnt a toilet block but with full onboard facilities that wasnt a problem.
If you need a break from the M5 give it a try,you wont be disapointed.
Storage site
The site itself and staff seem very good. I have only used the storage facility but my experience was not good. My unit ended up under a tree for only 2.5 weeks. It had been cleaned before leaving london but when I returned it was in a deplorable state - far worse than being left for the whole winter at home, where there is also atmospheric pollution to contend with. Lesson learned, I will not store here again as I now have to spend 3 weeks in a filthy van with no way of cleaning the roof - walls I can do something about but was hopingfor a holiday!
Perfect Site
I currently store my twin axle at this site, The site wardens are very friendly and welcoming. Always there to help and assist. I would thoroughly recommend this site for storage or even as a stop over. Terry & Anne you are a credit to the caravan club!

Cadeside Gem
A really nice site, easy direction, not too far from home and access along with really warm inviting wardens and with nearby Wellington a walk away was perfect.
Whilst staying here My wife and I became really chilled out and for the first time actually did not need to go places, but instead made the most of the tranquillity helped along by the nice weather.
Will definitely return again.
Many Thanks well worth the stay.
