I have been using this site for the passed 6 years & just returned from a 2 week stay, it's a wonderful site & the staff are brilliant my only criticisms is that you can't pre book your pitch now when booking it's done on a first come first serve basis, which In my case is not good as I can't go till a Monday by that time all the decent pitches where gone, it also took quite a while to sort out when I arrived looking at what was left, so I dread to think what it would be like on the Saturday Morning, on a plus point they have put some entertainment on which was a good edition, overall we had a great holiday but please don't make any more changes don't try to fix what's not broken & please bring back the pre booking
