Visited Haycraft July/August in our small Motorhome. We came to the conclusion that for us “oldies“ Electric Bikes are required! We did manage to visit Kimmeridge, which was up, up all the way, but great on the way back. Lots of walks from the site with beautiful scenery all around. Also managed to get to Studland Bay, but how National Cycle Route 2 can be called a road, when in parts it’s just like a very stoney track, OK for mountain bikes but not for road bikes. Site small, shower/toilet block adequate (lots of campers using their own facilities) but needs updating. Wardens very helpful, especially with Wifi. Without electric bikes we will not be back.
