The cones and chains blocking the entrance, removed minutes before 1pm was the start of a very unfriendly welcome which continued throughout any interaction with the two ladies in the office during our five night stay here. It was what you would expect at the end of a long season, not the start! The site was unkept, and the traffic loud. Dated toilet block, but at least clean. I would advise everyone who stays at Four Oaks, to go take a look at Swiss Farm 5 minutes walk down the road. Very friendly, well kept, new facilities, great pool, huge dog walking area and great pitches , most importantly, little traffic noise !
