My wife and I have just returned from a week stay at the Modbury site, and it is excellent.Everything is clean,and tidy and very well kept. A credit to the wardens who look after the place. We have stayed at another site that is close by previously, and this CC site is head and shoulders above. We would not hesitate to recommend this site The dog walk area is probably the best we have ever had, and the children have a play area plus a massive field should they want I must mention the road getting to the site as previous posts had found it difficult. I had no problems whatsoever. Yes the road is narrow in some places, but as long as you read the road ahead, and if necessary wait in one of the wider spots for oncoming vehicles to pass, then you will have no problems at all.Everybody that I met going and coming out were very considerate and would wait in a wide spot if needed. Sometimes I feel that some members want everything, easy access and peace and quiet. The problem is if you have big roads then you will get big traffic and you can forget the peace and quiet. If you want peace and quiet on site, then you have to get off the big roads you cant have both
