What a lovely site

Had a great time at Rowan Park last week. Lovely, helpful wardens and site manager. And thanks again for helping with our runaway awning. Very clean toilets and showers and well maintained disabled facilities... The best I've used anywhere. Having the Bersted Brooks nature reserve next door is a bonus for dog owners too. We'd happily stay again.

Perfect first time visit

Very friendly reception and well laid out site. Staff were extremely helpful and the toilet/shower facilities were fantastic, the cleanest we've seen. Site is well placed for trips into the town centre, although all the roads are extremely busy. We would definitely book again if we were in the area. Unable to give a review of the family facilities as we were child free. But the site is very spacious and child safe from what we could tell.

Will definitely return

Very nice site. Facilities were very clean. Extremely helpful staff when we stayed several times through the summer. Ideal for the retail park which has various stores accessible. It is off a very busy main road but we did not really find the traffic an issue. Easy access by road to Bognor and also Littlehampton.

Accessible and Friendly and the site is pretty good too

I've spent almost seven weeks this year at Rowan Park and it never disappoints. Yes there is a bit of road noise but the site is on the edge of town and that's to be expected. It doesn't detract from what is a well maintained site with good facilities which are kept clean. There are some excellent cycle routes from the site going to Littlehampton to the East, Chichester to the West and down to the beach and along the promenade. There is also a good bus service which runs frequently. Most of the supermarkets and a good selection of other shops are within a mile of the site too. Kay and Rik the site Managers encompass everything that I've always thought site staff should be but rarely are. They are both friendly and accessible and have an in-depth knowledge of almost anything that is available in the area including knowing where the nearest post box is! All being well I shall be back next year and have already booked for March 2023

Another visit.

Yet another visit for us this year. We go here 3 or 4 times a year. Yes there is traffic noise, but hey ho you can't win em all! Lovely clean and tidy site with fantastic staff. Lots of shopping and food outlets close by. We'll back early next year.

Nice, clean site but very noisy

The site itself is lovely - grassy and clean with good facilities. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. However, we left a day early because the noise at night from the main road with cars and bikes racing up and down was far too loud. This isn't the owners fault but potential bookers should be aware if they are looking for peace and quiet. There is a lot of building work going on during the week next to the site too at the moment so it is noisy during the day.

First time caravaners

Absolutely loved the experience, never having stayed in a touring caravan before. The friendly staff were very welcoming and helpful,as we were "newbies" this help knowing there was someone to ask if we could not get things right. The shower block/toilets were very clean and the pitches were nicely spaced apart. There is a little road noise but not awful..and very well positioned for access to supermarkets (several), pubs etc... will definitely be going back. Pitch 19 12-14/8/2022

Convenient location

We use Rowan Park a lot as it is local for us and suits what we want to do. The facilities are always spotless and the staff are welcoming and efficient. The site can be noisy but that has never really affected us and we don't hear it when we are inside the van. Love the bunny rabbits!

We went again.

Our first trip to Rowen Park this year, but we will be back. Yes there is some noise from the building works on one side, but that's not going to last forever, and it's not the clubs fault, and we were told about it when booking in. The main problem we found was children on bikes going every which way even after darkness!! But yes we will back back there later in the year.

Good for a stop over

Unfortunately during our stay there was building work on one side of site and they were repaving the footpath on two other sides. There was always background noise. The country park next door is great for dog walks. The industrial estate opposite was great to restock on nearly anything you wanted. Walked down to the seafront via the park. There is not a lot there except a few drunks staggering back to Butlins. I would say, at the moment this site is good for a stopover and restock before moving on.
