We stayed on the beach side of the road and it was wonderful to be able to walk out to the sea. The pitches are slightly closer together than I expected, but it wasn't a problem for us. All entrances are controlled with a key card barrier, and the facilities were clean and tidy. We could only stay for 1 night, but I'm sure we'll be back. There is a good fish and chip shop about 10 minute walk away (there is a large carpark nearby if you have to drive). The immediate town area isn't much to write home about, but the broads and Southwold are only short drives away. The beach is a mixture of sand an shingle, but is very accessible and you could easily go for a very long walk in either direction. Although the last part of the road to the site is very narrow, it's worth the effort. Can't comment on TV reception, but the Wifi was ok. The staff were great and we had no trouble whatsoever.
