Autumn break

It is two years since we visited this site. It was lovely to be back. We had a lovely pitch with views towards Archerfield and saw deer, pheasant , wonderful sunsets etc.We were lucky with our weather and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wardens did a wonderful job maintaining the site. We beleive they are moving to pastures new and wish them well wherever they go. Only complaint why can we only stay 21 days when sites are getting quieter in October? At our ages 75 and 80 , it is a thought to move off and move back on a few days later. Could Caravan Club nor relax this policy in the "off" season.

A blue sky week

Arrived on the Friday in gorgeous weather and found only a few spaces left. Luckily we had booked. The site is very neat and tidy with well tended flowering baskets giving a lovely welcome. Staff very helpful and friendly. Toilet block spotless. Lots of good walks from the site. Pets were numerous but very quiet. Site shop a bit pricey but stocks the usual bits and bobs. No wifi, which was a disappointment as I had paid for the 1 year Caravan Club Wifi subscription, thinking all sites would have Wifi as standard. Very poor mobile signal too, meaning I had to leave the site to check on my family using my mobile. Could Wifi be installed please?  Overall a lovely site and I'd highly recommend it for people of all ages.  I've been a few times before and will be back many times more.

Dunflying

Stayed here for 2 nights recently had booked well in advance only to find there was only 3 spaces left on arrival so if you are interested make sure you book ! Toilet block was spotless, staff more than friendly towards any visitors, well kept site that is only let down by too many rabbits being allowed to dig holes anywhere they can which means watch were you walk as you can easily go over on an ankle, great walk nearby along the beach and the local pubs / hotels offer great food if you care to dine out. Wi Fi connection was very poor although TV reception was very good. Will no doubt be back for a longer stay next time.

Lovely site

Had a great 4 days at Yellowcraigs. Very helpful and friendly wardens who kept the site spotless. Handy for visiting Edinburgh or a quiet walk on the nearby beach. We will definitely be back.

Lovely yellowcraig

Been coming here for about 10 years and just think it is wonderful, only downsides are poor mobile signal and in this day and age no wi fi. If you can live without aforementioned you will enjoy. We shall be coming back in the spring to enjoy the beach and and dune walks and the lovely town of North Berwick with nice places to eat and very friendly people.

Amazing beach location

Just returned from 5 days at yellowcraigs. This is our second visit to this site and we shall be returning again and again. The beachside location is fantastic and ideal for us with our wee dog.The park is immaculate as all caravan club sites friendly wardens and good facilities. This is a busy park but the layout doesnt feel crowded and although we did have a large group of family next to us they were a bit noisy but only as they were enjoying themselves! The walk along to the nearby village of dirleton is nice and there are a few pubs which you can sit outside with a drink and the dog. We visited North Berwick and Dunbar both lovely harbour towns with many nice shops for browsing Dirleton and Tantallion castle worth a visit .The excellent sunshine also helped!! I would recommend this park and plan to visit again soon!

Great position

Keep coming back here because of the beach and postition. The 'Woof wash' is a great help. Good things are the tidyness of the site, the shower block and the friendly wardens. Not so good - excessive numbers of rabbits, and the lack of wifi. With no decent mobile signal it does not add to the relaxation to have to leave the site to get a connection. With a busy site like this and so close to Edinburgh I'm surprised. If the west coast of Scotland miles away from anywhere can manage a fantastic wifi connection I can't understand why somewhere just off the 'Golf Coast' road is so poorly catered for. Still, I'll be back next year - hopefully!

Probably one of the best sites

Probably one of the best club sites we have stayed at. Stayed here for just a few nights in August, and we were lucky to find a pitch that had a couple of blank grass pitches beside it that were being "rested", so had plenty of space (for us and the multitude of rabbits). Other parts of the site did look a bit crowded. What we did like was that it was just a short 5 minute walk to a fantastic sandy beach. As we were lucky to have some fabulous weather, this is where we spent most of our time with the dog. Site was clean & tidy, and the "Woof Wash" is a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this site and would love to return sometime.
