We arrived in our Motorhome in the dark for a three night stay, we were the only occupants. Caroline put the site lights on, and opened the toilets, showers, laundry and plate wash room, these rooms were always warm and the water hot (as stated in a previous review about shower sensors ... Yes, fiddly, but works). We had an issue with our gas regulator, and we had to stay another four nights, and Didier could not have been more helpful, even to the extent of looking in Reims and Laon for the part, and assisted me in fixing the problem. For dog owners, there was a good walk by the river. The local facilities (Carrefour, Bakery and garage) all very accommodating. Would recommend the site to anyone and if in the area would always use again.
