A very busy site with pitches arranged in little 'streets'. Not much shade from the trees in May, maybe it improves in high summer. Almost level pitches and well serviced. Sanitary facilities are 'OK' but in need of an upgrade. Good restaurant and there is a Mercadona just across the road so no need for a shop. Pool looked OK but didn't try it. We discovered by accident that we had arrived (on a Tuesday) in time to book to go on the weekly Wednesday bus and walking tour of Valencia which was excellent. Don't miss a walk along the front to see the old villas - relics of Benicassim's past.
