Why stay here ...

Set just 5km of the A20 motorway, this 3*campsite is a very useful open all year en route stop over.

Set by a leisure park and a lake, adjacent to the river Indre it's a pleasant spot to rest up. Alternatively you can stretch your legs by strolling around the lakes and have a coffee at the lakeside café or take advantage of the kms of cycle paths directly from the campsite.

There are free buses into the city centre if you fancy having a look around. Each visitor has a free entry to the superb Aqua complex "Basan'eo only 3kms from the site.

The manager and his team on site are friendly and welcoming and are eager to make even a short stay agreeable. If you choose to stay a couple of nights there is a free museum in the city centre and the Chateau Valencay only 20mins drive from the site. The sanitary facilites onsite are unisex, they are dated but clean and heated in the winter.

There is the Café at the lake only 50m away that is open all year and a large supermarket nearby.
