General 

  • All events are run under The Caravan and Motorhome Club Bye-Laws.
  • The Caravan and Motorhome Club (the Club/we/our) Campsite Rules apply to all members and non-members (guests) staying with us on any of our Club campsites, at events or pop-up campsites.
  • The Caravan and Motorhome Club reserves the right to make alterations to the published event programme where necessary.
  • Children aged under 18 are welcome but remain the sole responsibility of a parent or carer at all times.
  • Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short lead at all times. 
  • A 5 mph speed limit will be in operation at all times.
  • Please consider other attendees at all times. The event space or rally field will be closed between 22:30 and 09:00. 
  • By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and video footage may be taken of you and may be used for marketing, promotional and publicity purposes across various media, without compensation or further comment.
  • Failure to adhere to Terms and Conditions could result in eviction from the event without refund.

Payment

  • A deposit will be calculated for each individual Event Weekend ticket plus pitch within a booking and will usually be £5 per stay (the £5 is a fixed amount regardless of the price of the stay, the campsite booked, or the dates booked).
  • We must receive payment of the balance of the booking price no later than 21 days before your arrival. We will email a reminder for final payment and link to the online payment system before the final payment is due, but if you do not receive this reminder you are still responsible for making the final payment on time.
  • If your arrival date is within 21 days or less of the event, you must pay the full booking price when you make your booking.
  • If we do not receive payment due in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you.

Refunds & Cancellation

  • Cancellations made before 21 days of arrival will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made after 21 days of arrival cannot be refunded.
  • All cancellations and/or Event Weekend tickets must be confirmed via email to events@camc.com.
  • Cancelled pitches cannot be resold by the member and no resale of pitches or Event Weekend tickets is permitted by the member.
  • Tickets are non-transferable.
  • If you wish to cancel your Event Weekend ticket only, you will be required to re-book your pitch via the Club's main booking system, subject to availability. Pitch prices may vary and may differ from the pitch price paid for the Event Weekend.

Risks and Responsibilities

  • All persons attending the Event Weekend and Club campsites do so at their own risk and no responsibility for persons or property is accepted by the Caravan and Motorhome Club.
