It's built on the Mercedes 616cdi and is powered by their 2.7 litre diesel engine with chain driven camshaft (so no cambelts to mess with), mated to an automatic gearbox and with cruise control this motorhome is great to drive. GVW is 5990kg so C1 licence required. 8m long, 2.3m wide and 3.15m high It has 2 previous owners, has covered 45316 miles from new and I have owned it since 2020. It is MOTd until October 2026 and has 6 good tyres (2 brand new 3PMSF) with 3 good spares. The wheels are fitted with Euroliner stainless steel trims. Payload is about 1700kg It has a detachable towbar and is fitted with a custom built rear subframe to facilitate the easy fitting of an external frame/platform/lift to carry a motorcycle externally. It also has a large rear garage which is currently fitted with a ramp and remote control electric winch to carry a Honda SH300i internally (600 miles from new and available separately). Wind down rear stabilisers are fitted although there is really no need to use them. There is an electrically operated step to the habitation door. The motorhome has thousands of pounds of extras fitted. It is perfect if you plan to go touring as it has a huge payload of around 1700 kg and it is totally self sufficient so you can go off grid for weeks on end. It has 2 x 140W solar panels for habitation use and an additional 80W panel dedicated to the engine battery. There are 3 x 220Ah habitation batteries with a 40A charger (so 660Ah total habitation battery capacity) with a 1600W pure sine wave inverter. There is a separate charger dedicated to the engine battery. There are 2 x rear view/reversing cameras and 2 x side view cameras, a "floating panel" 2 DIN Sony sound system with FM, DAB, internet etc. It has Garmin truck/motorhome satnav. There is an external gas BBQ point. There are 2 x 11 kg Gas IT refillable bottles with gauges and also remote gauges reading inside the motorhome and via a phone app. It has an electric flush Thetford cassette toilet with SOG ventilation and a spare cassette. There is a 4.2m American style awning with new cloth in 2002. There are vertical keder rails fitted to the sides to facilitate the use of awning sides or windbreaks etc. It has a self seeking satellite dish with Autosat controller, terrestrial TV antenna plus booster amp, Avtex TV with additional soundbar and Avtex MiFi. The rear bedroom was originally 2 x singles. This has been modified to give a full size transverse double bed with a proper sprung mattress with the option of 2 x fore/aft singles if preferred. Quality, easily removable carpets are fitted throughout. There is plenty of cupboard and locker space throughout. Next to the bedroom is a large separate shower and on the opposite side is the bathroom with the cassette toilet with electric flush, a wash basin with mixer tap, a large mirror and some storage space. Further forwards is the kitchen which has a 4 gas burner hob, a gas oven and grill, a sink with mixer tap, a large 160 litre Dometic 3 way fridge freezer with automatic selection and a microwave. There is loads of cupboard space in the kitchen. The lounge has 2 side facing sofas and a large, extendable, dining table which can move both longitudinally and laterally. Both front seats are Captain Chairs so they swivel around allowing 6 people to eat comfortably. Above the cab there is large drop down double bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults. The gas struts for this were replaced recently. There are privacy blinds for the windscreen and all cab windows. The interior was re-upholstered throughout in beige Bentley quilted leather and has matching curtains, cushions and mattress covers. There is a diesel Webasto hot air heater as well as a Truma gas hot air heater/water heater which is also fitted with electric heating. It has Dometic habitation air conditioning with a remote control. The habitation area underwent a major refurbishment in 2022 including new roof windows and overskinning the entire roof with 6mm of continuous fibreglass. LED mood lighting is fitted along with red/white floor level nigh lights. Various gas and smoke alarms are fitted in different places inside along with fire extinguishers and fire blankets. I'm sure I've forgotten to include things and there are many spares and accessories included. Too many to list. Basically it is all ready to go. The only reason I'm selling is that due to deteriorating health it simply doesn't get used enough.
