2013 Bailey Unicorn Cadiz in excellent condition. We are selling as we just don't have the time to use it any more! Regularly serviced, three new tyres fitted last July, Aldi heating fluid changed, new toilet flush motor. Battery included and gas bottle. Lovely van, we especially like the fixed single beds, no struggling with a narrow double, or having to make up the beds in the seating area. The end washroom layout gives convenient access from the bedroom space, which has a sliding curtain for privacy. Wet heating system is great!, and with the 'Alu-Tech' bodyshell and thermal insulation, the van may be used all year round. There are double glazed windows throughout, with pleated blinds and flyscreens. The AL-KO galvanised chassis features an AL-KO stabiliser and shock absorbers with an ATC trailer control system giving a stable and safe tow. Plenty of storage in overhead lockers, the drawer unit and under seat storage doors. The twin seats at the front convert into a large double bed. The lounge has lots of natural light and ventilation. Energy-saving LED lights throughout give the caravan a warm and cosy appearance at night. JVC radio system The kitchen features a large Dometic dual-fuel fridge with removable freezer compartment, a Thetford 4 burner dual fuel hob with flush fitting glass lid, Thetford stove with grill and a separate domestic-style glass fronted oven with electronic ignition and flame failure control. A stainless kitchen sink with removable drainer, chopping board, stainless steel 800w microwave oven conveniently located at eye level. The Bailey Unicorn Cadiz boasts an ALDE Hydronic Compact 3010 programmable radiator heating system, with combined water heater supplying hot water to the kitchen and washroom. Controlled through a touchscreen panel which has daily and weekly timer programmability if required.
