Your Caravan Cover is an important part of ensuring your caravan is protected from issues such as accidental damage, flooding, theft, and more. Read on for our advice on managing your Caravan Cover and keeping your caravan safe and secure.
How can I make changes to my Caravan Cover?
If you would like to make any adjustments or discuss your cover please get in touch by either email: cover@camc.com, webchat or you can call us on 01342 316610.
If your Caravan Cover start date is after 1 January 2026 you can also make changes online in My Profile.
How can I renew my Caravan Cover?
We'll send you a quotation before your cover end date explaining the important information regarding your renewal and your payment options to ensure you stay covered for another year.
If your Cover is not on an auto-renewal payment option you can renew online in your My Profile area once you have logged in. If you cannot see an option to renew this could mean you are on an auto-renew payment option, in which case we'll automatically renew your cover each year. How can I make a claim on my Caravan Cover?

You can also call the claims team on 01908 892 318 for further advice. Phone lines are open 24/7, 365 days a year. If you need to claim on Motorhome, Campervan, Car or Home Insurance you can call 0345 604 4461.
How can I find the documents for my Caravan Cover?
When we set up your Caravan Cover your documents will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. You can download all of the Caravan Cover documents including a summary here. If you need your documents re-sent by email please get in touch by either emailing cover@camc.com, via webchat or you can call us on 01342 649889.
How do I cancel my Caravan Cover?
If you feel that you no longer need your Caravan Cover, please call us on 01342 649889 to arrange the cancellation.
How do I change my payment?
If you need to make any changes to the way you pay for your Caravan Cover, please call our helpful team on 01342 336644.
How can I make a complaint?
We make every effort to provide the highest service standards. If you feel that our service has failed to meet the standard you expect, please contact us.
