What a great site, lovely owner who came to meet us. Fab views, very peaceful, and well sheltered. Very reasonably priced. Absolutely brilliant if you can manage without electric. Will definitely visit again

Perfect CL site for travelling to Cornwall

Bawdens Farm
Lovely and peaceful. Jane was very friendly from booking and checking on myself and my husband during our 2 night stop off. Everything you could need for off grid stay. Close enough to A30 but no traffic noise. A couple of hard standing pitches too with grass pitches as well. Beautiful views and still able to get WiFi and mobile if needed. Will definitely use as stop off again.

Peacefull Cornwall

Bawdens Farm
Stayed on this in July 2022 and had five glorious days. If you like it quiet then this is the place for you. There is grass or hard standing (your choice) with fantastic views of the Cornish hills. A short drive away there are local shops in Roche. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Only negative is the one kilometer drive from the main road to the site is single track road without any real passing places for a caravan. Would i stay here again, yes for sure.

Perfect spot to explore

Bawdens Farm
We stayed for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year 2022. Due to wet weather we needed a hard standing which the site offers - in fact it is a grit base and gets everywhere so take an outside door matt to kick off your wellies. This was a perfect spot for us to visit friends in nearby Lanivet and go to the seaside around Padstow (about 30 minutes away). As the site is bang in the middle of Cornwall access to the south coast is easy as well. The site has a grass area which in the dry months units can be spaced out more. On the hardstanding area we were with two other units which was just about large enough to accommodate us all. We were out all day so not a problem for us. At £7.50 a night it's basic: water tap, chemical disposal point and bins, so if you like all the bells and whistles of a club site this is maybe not for you. We loved it and the owner was very welcoming and friendly. If we are around that area again would definitely stay again
