Camelford Certificated Locations

Located north-west of Bodmin Moor and just inland from the beautiful Cornish coast, Camelford is a town steeped in history and legend.

Locals insist it is really Camelot and that King Arthur was slain nearby. Whether that's true or not, visitors can view his purported tomb in nearby Slaughterbridge.

Camelford is a great base for surfing, walking or beachside family holidays and also has excellent shops, restaurants and cafes serving up delicious local produce.

Other highlights include theDavidstow cheese factory, the North Cornwall Museum and Gallery, the slate quarry at Delabole and the Mason's Arms pub dating back to 1600.
