Lovely CL good facilities

Venndown Farmhouse
This was our second visit to Venndown farmhouse, unfortunately on both occasions the pool was closed (Covid 1st time and a leek this time) which was a shame as it would have been nice to go for a dip with the weather being yuk. Other than the pool the CL has lovely shower and toilets, wifi, swings for children and some hard standing so worth a visit.

Lovely Well Kept Site

Venndown Farmhouse
This is only our 2nd time on a CL and this was perfect, just had 2 nights (would of stayed longer is availability). We were on a grass pitch along the hedgerow - this backs on to the road, we stayed in May and the road wasn't busy at all and very quiet in the evening. The pitches are a little sloping but managed with levellers. The site has 1 shower & 2 toilets/sinks in separate cubicles. The shower is £1.00 for 10 minutes which is plenty and lovely hot water. Shower & Toilets were spotlessly clean. We only met Camilla, very friendly and really helpful. Thanks for the tip on the Fish & Chip shop in Delabole (yum), we visited Tintagel Castle & Boscastle & Trebarwith Strand beach (ideal for sunsets too) but no beach if the tide is in. Overall fab short stay, gorgeous weather - would definitely stay again

A little gem!

Venndown Farmhouse
Although I only stayed two nights last weekend I really enjoyed my visit and hope to come again. A lovely warm welcome and a thoughtfully designated pitch. Excellent and spotless facilities. Highly recommended.

A great little site.

Venndown Farmhouse
We stayed at Venndown Farmhouse CL in June 2022. A lovely, peaceful site with distant views of the sea. Camilla was very welcoming and told us all about the site as soon as we arrived. Very nice clean toilets and shower, and a lovely, warm, indoor swimming pool ( £3/day extra). Walking back up from Boscastle village involves quite a steep hill on a quiet back road, although the last quarter-mile is slightly downhill on a busier road (the B3266). A good place for cycling - but there are a few hills.... Buses from Boscastle go north and south, so we used those to get to walk parts of the South West Coast Path, between Bude and Tintagel. We would certainly stay at Venndown Farmhouse again.

Beautiful site.

Venndown Farmhouse
A lovely site with great views, the shower is fabulous and the toilet block was scrupulously clean. there is some road noise but it’s not constant. Unfortunately we didnt manage to spend much time there due to family problems. We would like to say a huge thank you to Jackie and the motor home man Barry! They were marvellous when our awning decided to take off! unfortunately we were unable to get back to the site until the evening and they had sorted all our belongings out of the rain and secured the awning for us. Hopefully we will return again.
