Why stay here ...

Our CL is situated on the outskirts of Easington which is a small village on the plain of Holderness, set between the North Sea and the River Humber. The site is tranquil, set in a sheltered flat lawned area of 1.5 acres with mature tress and hedges, hard standings and electric hook ups.

The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking, cycling, horse riding, beach lovers and bird watching (the Spurn Point Bird Reserve being only 5 miles away). There is a dog walk nearby and we also have sea and river fishing only 2 miles away and coarse fishing (3 miles).

There is an historic Tithe Barn in the village and a village trail to show you around the points of interest.

Every Saturday you will be made welcome at the village Charity Coffee Morning (supporting a different charity every week), there is a local shop (1/2 mile) and the local bus service which will take you to Withernsea, Patrington or Hull.

In Withernsea (7 miles) you will find a leisure centre with a swimming pool, amusement arcades, shops and a lighthouse (incorporating 'The Kay Kendall Museum') ideal things for a rainy day. Patrington (7 miles) has all you would want in a market town including 'The Queen of Holdeness' a large historic church. Hull (20 miles) a bustling city with a lovely Marina, 'The Deep' (submarium), 3 shopping centres, cinemas and lovely restaurants.

We look forward to seeing you.

We (family of 4 ) decided last minute we wanted to go away for bank holiday weekend. we didn't arrive till about 8 O'clock ( traffic ) which the owners didn't have any problems with at all .The lovey owners gave us all the information we wanted to know about the village . We wanted a nice quite place and beach and we sure got it . We really enjoyed our time here and are defiantly likely to return. HAPPY, CLEAN , PEACEFUL CAMPSITE , thank you

Welcoming Site

Stayed for a week mid July, the site is very well cared for and the owners very welcoming. The village just a short walk away has two good pubs both of which are dog friendly. We enjoyed walks on the beach and along by the Humber, also at Withernsea which is just a short drive away.

A top end C.L.

We spent three nights here the first week in July to visit Spurn Point and the new Discovery Centre. A price of £16-00 is what we consider to be very top end for a C.L. but this site justifies its price with ease. The facilities are comparable to most commercial sites and not far short of Club Sites. The grass is beautifully maintained and the ease of access and welcome by the owner are other strong points. The site is close to the terminal of the Langeled Gas pipeline, which is protected like Fort Knox and explains the presence of so many MOD police patrols, but this is not obtrusive. We booked a Spurn Point Unimog Safari which was excellent and good value for money. We have been going to visit Spurn now for about 20 years and this first visit was greatly enhanced by this high quality C.L..

Very friendly and quiet site

Such a friendly and welcoming site. Unfortunately as soon as I arrived on site I became very poorly. The owner checked in with my hubby a couple of times a day and his wife bought some meds to help me. Such a lovely site hubby said lol - I didn't get to see it but hubby said it was brilliant. Quiet and near the coast xx

We will definitely be returning

We have just returned from a 3 night stay. Lovely clean site, the owners are very welcoming. There are 2 fields both taking up to 5 vans/motorhomes on each, there was just us and 3 others on ours. the site grounds are very well looked after, we will definitely return to this site ..... spurn point is a little over 5 mins drive away, withernsea is about 15 mins drive. There are a couple of pubs, however, I can’t comment on those as we didn’t use them, there are plenty of walks, just ask the owners and they will give you the run down. You have to be off site for 12, however, if no one is following you can stay as long as you like just paying a £1 for every hour ur there ..... I was more than happy with that meant we didn’t have to rush. Thank you xx
