Uckham Lane Nurseries
for us this is what a cl should be - easy booking, lovely relaxed approach - very spacious site and quiet yet only 15 minute walk off road to Battle , Reliable hook up - as mentioned facilities are basic but that was fine for us - we loved it - thankyou.

What a fantastic friendly usable site.
This CL really is a little gem, it's peaceful, calm, relaxed, and just perfect to relax and chill out.
For a CL it's got lots of extras from toilets & showers to a Farm shop .. its a working farm but this doesn't interfere with your relaxation time.
It's a short walk to Battle and the shops or a short train ride to Hastings if you want to leave the car behind. The Station is the mainline to London if you fancy a day out in the city.
Tina, Andy, Louise, Luke & Colin will make you feel at home and welcome you to the site.
It's a great place for the whole family and is accommodating to all.
Grass Pitches, electric hookups, waste area, etc.
Once seen never forgotten and many many members return year after year as it's just so lovely.
If you haven't tried it yet why not?

Uckham Lane Nurseries
This site is very peaceful and a great place to relax. Family are very welcome and so are your pets. There are 2 showers and 3 toilets which is an added extra as CL’s don't always have facilities. Lovely mowed and clean pitches all with electric. Farm shop is available up the track to the owners house, which sells lovely fruit and veg. Would highly recommend if your looking for a great relaxing holiday in your caravan and it’s only 20 minutes to the beach. The owners are very friendly and are often found working on the farm.

This was the first time on this site and the pitches were not clearly laid out or marked and the grass wasn't cut very short on the main area also the walk to the toils and shower the grass was not cut at all and was quite long. Finally the facilities were very tired and needed a good overhaul and updating
what is not to like

previous to this site we stayed at crockwell park at £20 a night....this is £16 and 10 times better. no real complaints. flat well spaced pitches, probably the biggest i have seen on a cl. close to everything, quiet, decent facilities......recommended
